This figurine of Pegasus is one of the
figurines in the serie Torso Sculptures
from Royal Copenhagen.
The serie is designed by Pia Langelund and
produced in bisquit porcelain.
The serie was launched in 2005.
According to the Greek mythology is
Pegasus a supernatural horse with wings.
He is the poets symbol of inspiration
because it was Pegasus who opened the gate
into the Holy spring. Everyone who drinks
the water will be inspirited to poetry.
