1913 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate
1913 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate,
designed by Arthur Boesen, has the title
The tower and spire on the Marble Church
in Copenhagen.
Royal Copenhagen's Christmas plate from
1913 shows in the front the spire on dome
of The Marble Church in Copenhagen, the
capital of Denmark. This church was built
in the Romanesque baroque style, and it is
situated not far from Amalienborg Palace, the
castle of the Danish royal family, which
was depicted on the 1954 Christmas plate.
In the backgound you see a vue over the roofs
of Copenhagen, with the christmas star in
the sky.
The border of the plate is decorated with
leaved and 2 stars.
1913 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate was
only produced in 1913.
