Some Bing & Grondahl vases have also been made into beautiful lamps. They are not available in great numbers, but because of this they are also trully unique and you get a lamp with a beautiful design that adds an extra sparkle to everything.
Below is an overview of the B&G lamps that we have in stock.
Bing & Grondahl lamps are often based on vases that have been made into lamps. Thus you often see the same motifs on the lamps as on the vases. Floral vases have been popular as the base of lamps, but also maritime motifs have been used often.
Uniquely Bing & Grondahl has also made a lamp in the blue painted service with the blue fluted pattern. Thus we have a lamp that fits well with both the blue fluted dinnerware from Royal Copenhagen and the blue painted from Bing & Grondahl.
Bing & Grondahl lamps are more classic porcelain table lamps, while Royal Copenhagen has a far larger selection of different lamps including stoneware lamps.
We have our own lamp assembly workshop and therefore we sometimes make a classic Bing & Grondahl vase into a lamp. Sometimes we also get Bing & Grondahl lamps in stock when we buy figurines, plates and other things. A Bing & Grondahl lamp can have many different motifs, often the motifs are from the Danish nature such as flowers, houses and landscapes or motifs of ships or Danish coasts.
