This figurine was purchased from one of the world's former largest porcelain collectors, as he could no longer maintain his enormous collection of rare porcelain items from Royal Copenhagen.
DPH purchased several thousand items from this collector, including this figurine. We do not know the history behind this figurine, but our experts are a bit uncertain whether this figurine has a repair on the base. Therefore, we have chosen to sell this figurine labeled as 'with flaws,' but perhaps this is simply how it appeared when it was produced.
We simply do not want to risk misleading anyone, but as mentioned, it's just a feeling our experts have, maybe it's entirely perfect.
