1974 Gustavsberg Special Edition Christmas Plate, Christmas Dish No. 2.

This special Gustavsberg Christmas plate from 1974 depicts a cozy indoor scene with two figures in traditional Swedish costumes, engaged in a craft activity, presented in blue and white shades. With a diameter of 20 cm, this plate is not only a collectible but also an ideal luncheon plate that can contribute to the festive atmosphere at Christmas luncheons or as an exquisite starter plate for the Christmas Eve dinner.

The plate has been produced in a special order of 6,000 copies, and after production, the original printing plates have been destroyed to ensure its unique character. The motif is inspired by an oil painting by A. Nordgren (1847-1916) and processed by Sven Jonson.
