Mother's Day plates from Egemose Decoration
The first Mother's Day plate from Egemose Porcelain was published in 1971 and, like the Egemose Father's Day plates, the original thought was a series of only 12 Plates, which ended in 1982.
In 1989 Egemose Decoration, however, resumed the series again with 12 new motifs of lovely flowers, designed by Anett Laursen. The two series are identical in design and characterized by their beautiful edge with tulips, which changes color depending on the flower motif in the centre.
Egemose Mother's Day plates were also called Egemose flower plates.
