Frequently asked questions:
How long is the delivery time?

If the item is in stock, we typically dispatch your order within **1–3 business days**.

Delivery time refers to the period from when we receive your order until the day your items are shipped. The actual delivery date may vary depending on the shipping service selected, the delivery area, and the destination country.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay by credit or debit card, , PayPal, or bank transfer.

Can I exchange, return, or cancel my purchase?

You have the right to cancel and return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order on dphtrading.com. This allows you to secure the item you want right away and avoid the risk of it selling out.

Is there a minimum order value when shopping online?

To help cover packaging, handling, and administrative costs, DPH – Danish Porcelain House operates with a minimum order value for online purchases.

  • For deliveries within the EU, the minimum order value is DKK 199.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, the minimum order value is DKK 499, as these shipments require additional handling as well as customs and export documentation.
  • For deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK), the minimum order value is GBP 135.
This is due to current post-Brexit regulations, as DPH – Danish Porcelain House is not VAT registered in the UK and therefore cannot ship orders below this amount.
Why are some items shown as out of stock in my shopping cart?

If an item is shown as out of stock, it may be because it sold out after you added it to your cart, because you ordered more than we currently have in stock, or because the item was already out of stock when you added it. In the latter case, you can often join a waiting list.
