Arthur Boesen was a Danish painter and focused mainly on landscapes and mainly drew autumn and winter motifs.

He started at Bing & Grondahl, where he worked for 3 years. Afterwards he was employed at Royal Copenhagen from 1912 to 1926, where he painted the motif for the Christmas plate 1913 and the Christmas plate 1914. Then he became head painter at Dahl Jensen.
