Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Tree 2014 with teddy bear and "2014"

Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Tree 2014 is a charming Christmas figure that gathers much of what many associate with classic Danish Christmas decorations: the green Christmas tree, the golden star at the top and colorful baubles distributed on the branches. At the foot of the tree sits a small teddy bear holding a sign with the text "2014", and it is precisely that detail that makes the figure easy to recognize for collectors seeking the right vintage.

The design was created by Sven Vestergaard, and the figure belongs to the Annual Christmas Tree series from Royal Copenhagen. The series began in 2007, and since then a new Christmas tree has been released every year. This has made the series a fixed part of many Danish Christmas traditions, and today there are many who collect these Christmas trees together with the annual Santas and Mrs. Santas. The series has become very popular, and several of the Christmas trees can be difficult to obtain, which makes the individual vintages extra interesting for collectors.

The Christmas tree from 2014 has a lively and cozy appearance with baubles in several colors, small white decorations on the branches and a warm golden star at the top. The teddy bear in front of the tree adds a playful and nostalgic touch to the figure, which fits beautifully into both classic and modern Christmas decor. It works well alone on a shelf, in a windowsill or as part of a complete arrangement with other Christmas figures from the same series.

For collectors, Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Tree 2014 is both an independent figure and an important piece in a larger collection. It is precisely the type of Christmas decoration with history and recognizability that many return to year after year. A figure like this not only brings out the Christmas spirit in December, but can also help carry on the joy of collecting quality design that is brought out again and again.
