Rørstrand Mother's Day plate 1987 with motif from the book "A home" issued in 1899. This book contains 24 paintings and a text. The motif of this plate depicts morning song for Emma on her birthday. Ulf is carrying the coffee tray while Suzanne is reading a greeting card. The other siblings are dressed in costumes. Carl Larsson write in the book that the child loves to be celebrated and is up at 5 a clock such a morning.
