Holmegaard Christmas and Christmas dram glass

The Holmegaard Christmas bottles and dram glass are popular collectibles, which are an annual tradition for many, both in Denmark and the rest of the world.

The first Holmegaard Christmas bottle was launched in 1981 and was a great success, which is fortunately still maintained even though Holmegaard now is a part of Rosendahl Design Group. From the very beginning the motif of the dram bottle was designed by Jette Frölich. Jette Frölich is known for her fine Christmas paper clips that are transferred to the Christmas bottles from Holmegaard. In 1987, the cute Christmas dram glasses were added to the series and they are the perfect match for the Holmegaard dram bottles. Many collectors collect both Holmegaard Christmas bottles and Holmegaard dram glass, but some also just collect one of the things.
