The motif is very much like the one used in the famous dinner service "Blue Flower", but the colour is very greyish blue, almost black.
The small plates are made as commemoratives marking governmental events. We have two with different inscriptions. 1. Consular Meeting in Copenhagen 1983 (Inscription in english) 2. The president of Iceland visiting February 26th 1981. (Inscription in danish)
