Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Tree 2016 with elf and gifts

Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Tree 2016 is an atmospheric Christmas figurine that gathers many of Christmas' classic symbols in one motif. The green Christmas tree is decorated with white garlands and topped with a golden star, while small details such as an elf, bell, mushroom, horse, bird, skate and colorful Christmas gifts make the figurine lively and full of storytelling. On the base stands the year "2016", which makes this edition easy to recognize for collectors.

The figurine is designed by Sven Vestergaard for Royal Copenhagen and belongs to the popular Annual Christmas Tree series. The series began in 2007, and since then a new Christmas tree has been released every year. Precisely for that reason, the individual annual editions are interesting for collectors who wish to follow the series or find a specific edition. Annual Christmas Tree 2016 works beautifully on its own as Christmas decoration, but it is also ideal as a supplement to an existing collection.

Over time, this series has become very popular, and many of the Christmas trees can be difficult to obtain. Today, there are many who collect these Christmas trees together with the annual Santas and Christmas wives from Royal Copenhagen. This makes the 2016 edition an obvious choice for both the dedicated collector and for you who want a Christmas figurine with known design, year and clear collector's value.

As an older Christmas figurine, it also contains something of what many appreciate about classic Danish Christmas decorations: quality, history and the joy of letting beautiful things be passed on and gain new life year after year. It fits naturally into the Christmas arrangement on a shelf, windowsill or table and can easily be combined with other Christmas figurines, plates and ornaments in blue and white Christmas themes.
