Bjørn Wiinblad mask plate 18 cm blue/white hand-decorated

This Bjørn Wiinblad mask plate measuring 18 cm gathers much of what makes his design language so recognizable. In the center of the plate, the stylized face is seen, surrounded by decorative ornaments and flower-like motifs in blue and white. The expression is poetic, imaginative and full of the special visual world that has made Bjørn Wiinblad a beloved name within Danish design and decorative arts.

The round plate functions both as decorative wall decoration, a small dish or a striking detail in a table setting where one wishes to add personality. The blue/white expression gives it a calm and classic character, while the motif adds warmth, narrative and the characteristic Wiinblad atmosphere. It is ideal for you who collect Bjørn Wiinblad, or who want a piece of Danish design with artistic presence.

According to the available information, the plate is hand-decorated, and precisely that emphasizes the feeling of craftsmanship and individual character. Bjørn Wiinblad's works are known for their lively lines, joyful shapes and decorative universe, and this mask plate is a fine example of how his design can be both functional and visually strong at the same time.

A smaller decorative platter or plate like this is also easy to combine with other pieces in blue/white ceramics or with other Wiinblad items such as vases, figures and candlesticks. It can stand alone as a small art object or be included in a larger collection, where the adventurous and graphic expression is allowed to unfold in the home.
