Dahl Jensen Monuia oriental figure 15,5 cm no. 1323

Dahl Jensen Monuia no. 1323 is an oriental figure in porcelain with an expressive and lively motif. The figure depicts a kneeling girl in a dancing pose, where one hand is raised slightly upward, while the other rests at the hip. The tilted head position and the calm facial expression give the figure presence and movement at the same time, so it works beautifully as both a porcelain figure and a decorative collector's item.

The visual expression is rich in detail. The flower-adorned headdress, the pearl-like side ornaments and the patterned bodice create a fine contrast to the figure's smooth, glossy glaze. The colors are kept in soft shades of white, brown and pink, which give a warm and harmonious overall impression. The kneeling posture and the elegant lines make Monuia a figure that catches the eye from several angles.

As a Dahl Jensen figure, it appeals to collectors who are fond of classic porcelain figures with character and narrative. Here it is especially the combination of movement, costume and facial expression that makes the model memorable. Older porcelain figures like this have a special ability to add personality and history to the home, while at the same time being a sustainable choice for those who appreciate fine craftsmanship and wish to give quality objects new life.

Monuia fits beautifully in a display cabinet, on a shelf or as a decorative element among other porcelain figures and art objects. It is also ideal as a gift for the collector or for someone who is fond of classical figurative art with a poetic and internationally inspired expression.
