Bjørn Wiinblad seasonal figure Summer blue/white hand-decorated

Bjørn Wiinblad seasonal figure Summer in blue and white is a characterful lady figure with the poetic and decorative expression that makes Wiinblad's design so recognizable. The figure stands tall and slender with a calm smile, a wide-brimmed hat and fine hand-decorated ornaments that wind across the entire body in classic Wiinblad style. The blue/white play of colors gives the figure a light and summery touch that fits beautifully into both classic and more personal interiors.

The motif exudes summer garden and blooming. The tall hat is adorned with flowers and small birds, and at the figure's side both a small container and a flower basket can be seen, emphasizing the seasonal narrative. It is precisely this blend of fairy tale, nature and stylized human figure that makes Bjørn Wiinblad's figures so beloved among collectors and design enthusiasts.

The figure is hand-decorated, and this is felt in the lively expression and the many small details. The painted patterns vary beautifully across the surface and give the figure depth and personality. As part of a series of four seasonal figures, Summer also has a natural place with the collector, but it works just as well on its own as an eye-catcher on a shelf, in a display cabinet or on a side table.

A figure like this adds soul and storytelling to the home. It is ideal for those who are fond of Danish design, Bjørn Wiinblad's universe and decorative figures with a clear identity. At the same time, it is a lovely gift idea for the collector or for someone who wants an artistic element in the home décor with both charm and history.

When you choose an older design figure with character, you also choose to give fine craftsmanship and timeless design language new life. It is a beautiful and sustainable way to decorate with objects that can still bring joy for many years to come.
