Bjørn Wiinblad seasonal figure Summer hand-decorated multicolour

Bjørn Wiinblad's seasonal figure Summer is a decorative figure with the characteristic design language that has made his universe recognizable to collectors and interior enthusiasts through generations. The figure unites the fairytale-like and the poetic in an expression that immediately brings to mind bright days, lushness, and the colorful joy that often characterizes Wiinblad's works.

On the figure, the stylized human figure is seen, which is so closely associated with Bjørn Wiinblad's design world. The fine decorations and the many colors give the figure life and personality, while the hand-decorated execution emphasizes the artistic touch. As a seasonal figure, Summer naturally fits into a series where each figure tells its own mood and time of year.

This Wiinblad figure is an obvious choice for those who appreciate Danish design with storytelling, colors, and character. It works beautifully as a solitary figure on the windowsill, on a shelf, or in a still life together with other figures, candlesticks, or ceramics. If you already have other works from Bjørn Wiinblad's Workshop, Summer is also an obvious figure to combine with the rest of the series to create a personal and lively arrangement.

Older design figures and decorative arts with history have a special ability to give the home warmth and identity. When choosing a figure like this, you do not just get a decorative object, but also a piece of Danish design tradition that can still create joy in a modern home. It is precisely the type of quality object that deserves to be preserved, used, and appreciated further.
