Bjørn Wiinblad Eva pedestal cachepot no. 16 hand-decorated

Bjørn Wiinblad Eva pedestal cachepot no. 16 is a characterful design object that unites figure, pedestal, and cachepot in one and the same expression. The tall foot carries the bowl-shaped upper part, giving the form an almost ceremonial character, and the iconic Eva motif stands out clearly. The figure has the familiar Wiinblad face with almond-shaped eyes, fine decorative details, and flowers that surround the top and give the work an imaginative and poetic expression.

This hand-decorated Eva cachepot contains much of what makes Bjørn Wiinblad's universe so sought after among collectors and design lovers. The expression is lively and narrative, and the combination of figure and decorative art makes it suitable both as a decorative pedestal and as a cachepot in the interior. It works beautifully as an eye-catcher on a table, in a bookcase, or on a sideboard, where it adds personality, artistic warmth, and a touch of classic Danish design to the room.

The motif and form make the model ideal for those seeking an original Bjørn Wiinblad figure with both sculptural effect and practical use. The Eva series is known for its human figures with strong identity, and this very pedestal cachepot no. 16 has an expression that appears decorative, fairy-tale-like, and homely at the same time. It can stand alone as an artistic ceramic figure or be combined with other Wiinblad objects to create a more personal and colorful display.

A hand-decorated figure like this also appeals to those who appreciate older design with history and soul. When one chooses decorative art created to last and be appreciated through generations, one brings both quality and character into the home. This is precisely part of the joy of classic design from Bjørn Wiinblads Værksted: that it can still be used, displayed, and create atmosphere many years after it was created.
