If you choose a lampshade with a carry ring, you should be aware that a shade stand must be purchased separately. We recommend item no. 20193, which can be used for all our lamps. The lamp has an E27 socket, and if you choose a low-energy LED bulb, all wattages can be used, as LED bulbs do not get particularly warm and therefore do not damage the chosen lampshade.
