1975 Anniversary Plate Hummel, Stormy Weather This is the 1975 Anniversary Plate. Hummel 280 called Stormy Weather.It was the first edition of a series of plates issued at five year intervals. The inscription on the back applied by blue decal reads: "First edition M.I. Hummel Anniversary Plate 'Stormy Weather' 1975 hand painted." This hummel plate measures 10 inches in diameter. And of course it is a Closed Edition.
