When the item is in stock the typical delivery time is within 1-3 business days on deliveries.

By delivery time we mean from your order is received to the day we ship your items. The time of reception can vary depending on the delivery service, area and country of delivery. 

Fast and safe shipping

We ship by FedEx (outside Denmark), GLS and The Danish Postal Service. Their delivery guarantee and insurance are always valid and included in the freight cost.

If you wish for your order to reach its destination before a certain date, please use our Ask before you buy-service in the shopping basket. This service will allow you to ask us for the exact freight cost, expected delivery time and the exact price total.

Important! Always order your item(s) well ahead of the date you need it delivered. In that way you make sure your order reaches the destination in time.

Get notified when an item is back in stock

If you wish to be notified when an item is back in stock you can add the sold out item to your shopping basket by clicking on the grey add to basket-button.

The item is then sent along with your order as an item you are interested in buying when available in stock again. We will let you know once the item is available again and make you an offer which you are not obligated to accept.

For private customers: 14 days return policy

As a buyer of all e-commerce with DPH Trading, you have 14 days to cancel an order and return the items. The right to return applies from the products day of arrival. The right to return is not valid for specially ordered items, e.g. custom made items.

The basic idea of DPH Trading is that a trade is only a good deal if both buyer and seller are happy. We are therefore very careful in terms of quality check and packing of products prior to shipment.

Does not apply to special orders

The 14 day return policy does not apply in the case of special delivery items. This is often items marked as "not in stock" on the product page, but we have agreed to sell to you if / when we get it in stock again. You are made aware of the right of cancellation before a possible purchase is completed.

Please contact us before returning

If you should receive an item that does not live up to your expectations, you can return the item within the 14 days cancellation period.

We will of course return the full product amount and offer to guide you before you return the items to us. We can in most cases help you with the choice of transportation / package supplier etc. With our help you can often avoid high freight and insurance costs when returning the items.

Original packaging and certificates must also be returned

In case of return, the goods must be in the same condition as when received. Here you should be especially aware that the goods and their original packaging with certificates and the like is also returned.

We do not accept returned items as cash on delivery

If you send the product to DPH Trading by cash on delivery (COD), it is not considered returned.

In the rare cases where a product is received with transportation damages, defectives or suffer from defects, please contact DPH Trading as soon as possible.

For insurance reasons we ask you to refrain from returning the items.

The above right of cancellation applies only to direct sales to private customers.

Items can only be returned by prior arrangement when selling to other businesses.

Freight and Insurance cost will be calculated in the basked.

Please add the requested items to the basked. After your have typed your name and address. The system will inform you of possible freight alternatives, as well as cost each type. - Before you proceed to make payment.  

Freight cost are calculated on basis of:

• Number of items
• Size and weight
• Country of delivery
• Delivery Service

No freight cost - collect your order!

You can save freight cost if you collect your order at our boutique in Odense, Denmark. Please call or write us to make an appointment for when to collect your item(s).

Safe and Fast Worldwide shipping

In Denmark we mainly send by Post Denmark, GLS or DSV. - Other Countries by FedEx, DSV or GLS. 

In Denmark shipping cost are free for orders over DKK.1000 (except furniture etc)  - To other countries shipping and insurance costs will be added to the order. 

The estimated freight and insurance will be determined and presented before you make any payments. This also applies when you receive an offer from us.

You can also save freight cost by collecting your order at our shop in Odense, Denmark.

Delivery terms

There are 2 types of delivery terms:

1. Delivery of items in stock
2. Delivery of customised/special ordered items and items not in stock

Delivery of items in stock

All items currently in stock are items that we currently have stored at our warehouse.

Items in stock are normally shipped immediately (within 1-4 business days). When your payment has been confirmed by us, you will receive an order confirmation.

Should the time of delivery be delayed beyond normal (i.e. orders of large quantity) we will let you know.

Attention! By delivery time we mean the time from the order is confirmed to the order is shipped from DPH Trading. Not the time between the order is made to the time you receive the order.

Delivery of customised/special ordered items and items not in stock

Customised/special ordered items and items not in stock are all items we do not currently store at our warehouse.

We are therefore depending of the various suppliers, dealers and collectors and the time of delivery is only an estimate.

In some situations it can be impossible for DPH Trading to predict the exact time of delivery if the items are specially ordered or customised.

Sometimes the items have to be produced from scratch. If the particular item is of significant age we may have to rely on private collectors who are willing to sell.

All the customised/special ordered items are delivered as close to the agreed delivery date as possible.

DPH Trading could take precautions for the delivery of entire or parts of an order. Part deliveries can occur. We always strive to inform you as quickly and efficiently as possible, should any deliveries change or be divided into separate deliveries.

In extraordinary situations negotiations can be made where the buyer are not responsible for the extra delivery cost in case of part deliveries.
