The shape of the Christmas cup is familiar from Bing & Grøndahl's Antique service, which was launched i 1860 and soon became popular. More than 100 years later, the service was reintroduced as a set with decorations by Jette Frölich, the well- known paper artist.
This cup is in a series from Royal Copenhagen. Earlier a series of 6 cups was produced by Bing & Grøndahl.
The set is made of the finest porcelain and edged with 24 carat gold.
The set is NOT dishwasher safe.
