Royal Copenhagen Zodiac Figure Cancer man 22 June to 22 July no. 1249616

Royal Copenhagen zodiac figure Cancer man is a distinctive porcelain figure with a calm, reflective and almost poetic expression. The figure is designed as a seated man with an upright torso and a dynamic pose, where one arm is raised above the head. This gives the figure both movement and a strong sculptural effect, which makes it suitable as a decorative figure in the home or as a personal gift for someone born under the sign of Cancer from 22 June to 22 July.

The design was created by Pia Langelund for Royal Copenhagen and belongs to the series of male zodiac figures. The simple white expression highlights the figure's shape, muscles and lines, giving the motif a modern and stylish character. It is precisely the combination of zodiac sign, Danish design and figurative art that makes this Cancer figure interesting both for collectors of Royal Copenhagen figures and for those who want a more personal porcelain figure with symbolic meaning.

Cancer is often associated with closeness, intuition and a strong sense of security. This gives the figure an extra story that many will be able to identify with, and therefore it is also ideal as a birthday gift, graduation gift or gift for a collector of zodiac figures. The figure can stand alone as a personal statement or be combined with other figures in the series if you want a cohesive expression with both male and female zodiac signs.

Royal Copenhagen is known for porcelain of high craftsmanship quality, and this figure is a fine example of how classic porcelain can be interpreted in a more contemporary, sculptural form. A zodiac figure like this adds personality and narrative to the home and is at the same time a design object that retains its appeal for many years.
