Royal Copenhagen Christmas Tree of the Year 2010 with angels, red bows and gold star

Royal Copenhagen Christmas Tree of the Year 2010 is an atmospheric Christmas figurine in porcelain that gathers many of Christmas's classic details in one motif. The tree is decorated with red bows, small golden bead garlands and a prominent gold star at the top, while white angels move around among the branches. At the bottom, the year "2010" can be seen, which makes the figurine easy to identify for collectors of this particular edition.

The figurine was created by Sven Vestergaard and belongs to the popular Christmas Tree of the Year series from Royal Copenhagen. The series began in 2007, and since then a new Christmas tree has been released every year. Precisely for that reason, the individual annual editions have become sought-after, both as Christmas decorations and as collector's figurines. Many people today collect these Christmas trees together with the annual Santas and Mrs. Santas, and several of the editions can be difficult to obtain.

Christmas Tree of the Year 2010 has a classic, Danish Christmas expression with green branches, warm red accents and fine white angels that add life and movement to the figurine. The golden star and the small gold details provide a beautiful contrast to the underglaze decoration and emphasize the traditional Christmas theme. The figurine works beautifully on its own as part of the December decorations, but it is also ideal for supplementing an existing collection of Royal Copenhagen Christmas figurines.

For many, this very type of older Christmas figurine is something special, because it unites design, nostalgia and the joy of collecting. At the same time, it is a cozy way to bring quality porcelain with history into the modern home and let it create Christmas atmosphere year after year. Christmas Tree of the Year 2010 is therefore both a decorative Christmas figurine and an interesting annual figurine for collectors who wish to expand or complete the series.
