Royal Copenhagen Gemma The Flower Fairies figurine no. 251

Gemma from The Flower Fairies is a charming Royal Copenhagen figurine that combines fairy-tale fantasy with classic Danish porcelain design. The figurine depicts a little flower fairy with light hair, a flower wreath and a delicate pink flower in her arms. She stands with a calm, friendly expression and a fine balance between play, nature and poetry, which makes her ideal for both collecting and decoration.

The colors are kept in soft shades of pink, green and light skin tones, which emphasize the figurine's light and spring-like mood. The dress is shaped like flower petals, and the green details around the waist and bodice give the motif a vivid botanical character. Behind the figurine, a small bud or flower can also be seen by the base, adding extra depth to the composition. It is precisely these kinds of well-considered details that make porcelain figurines from Royal Copenhagen so beloved among collectors.

The figurine is made after a design by Sven Vestergaard, and Gemma fits naturally into The Flower Fairies series, where each figurine has its own flower-inspired expression. As a child figurine and fairy-tale figurine, it brings both warmth and personality into the décor. It is beautiful on its own on a shelf, in a display cabinet or as part of a complete arrangement with other figurines from the same series.

For those who appreciate porcelain figurines, fairies and classic Danish design, Gemma is an atmospheric choice. It is also an obvious gift idea for collectors or for anyone who wants to give the home a romantic and poetic touch with history and craftsmanship in focus.
