Aluminia Clown 1951 Children's Aid Day figurine no. 2602

Aluminia Clown 1951 is a charming Children's Aid Day figurine with lots of life and movement. The figurine depicts a clown in a white costume with red details, small blue flowers, black footwear and light hair under a pointed hat. The slightly tilted posture and the relaxed hand on the tall shape give the figurine a lively expression, which makes it an atmospheric addition to the collection or to the interior.

The hand-painted expression with green base decoration, flowers and fine color accents emphasizes the figurine's folkloristic and playful character. The motif has both warmth and personality, and it is precisely this kind of older figurines from Aluminia that appeal to collectors who are fond of Danish faience, Children's Aid Day figurines and porcelain figurines with history.

According to the available information, the figurine was designed by Herluf Jensenius and modeled by Hans Henrik Hansen. This makes this clown figurine extra interesting for collectors of Danish design and Aluminia figurines. It is marked JUS Aluminia Denmark Fajance, which is also a significant detail for anyone seeking a specific model or wishing to identify the figurine correctly.

A figurine like this adds something personal and timeless to the home. It fits beautifully in a display cabinet collection, on a shelf with other vintage figurines or as a special gift for a collector of Aluminia, Children's Aid Day or Danish decorative arts. Choosing an older figurine with history is at the same time a way to preserve good craftsmanship and give classic design new life in a modern home.
