1958 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate, designed by Hans Henrik Hansen, has as its motif a Scenery from Greenland. The 1958 Christmas plate from Royal Copen- hagen is the second Christmas plate with a motif from Greenland. Unlike the 1938 plate, this one shows a mother sitting with her child and a greenland sledge dog looking towards the sea, where the ice has broken, and the sun is shining.
