Royal Copenhagen Golden Retriever figurine no. 039 Pia Langelund 13 cm

Royal Copenhagen Golden Retriever figurine no. 039 is a charming dog figurine in porcelain that captures the breed's calm nature and friendly expression in a natural and recognizable way. The figurine is designed by Pia Langelund and appears with a soft, light golden glaze, dark eyes and black nose, while the fur is modeled with fine waves and structure across the chest, legs and tail.

The seated position gives the figurine a calm and present expression that suits both classic and modern interior design. Seen from all angles, it has a lively design language, where the slightly turned body, the full tail and the attentive head give the motif character. It is precisely the type of porcelain figurine that appeals to both dog lovers, collectors of Royal Copenhagen and those who appreciate Danish design with personality.

As a porcelain figurine in underglaze, it combines decorative value with thoroughly crafted workmanship. The Golden Retriever motif makes it ideal as a gift idea for a dog owner or as an atmospheric detail on a shelf, desk or in a display cabinet. The figurine also goes well together with other animal figurines in porcelain, where it adds warmth and life to the collection.

Older porcelain figurines like this have a special ability to create homeliness and narrative. They are made to last a long time and can still find a natural place in the interior many years after they were made. This makes them a beautiful choice for those who appreciate design with history, quality and a more sustainable alternative to new production.
