Royal Copenhagen Troll Big Sister with owl no. 096

Troll Big Sister with owl no. 096 from Royal Copenhagen is a charming porcelain figurine that combines fantasy, nature and Danish figurine design in one motif. The figurine shows a little troll girl with curly hair, pointed ears and a calm, almost thoughtful expression. In her hands she holds a red mushroom with white spots, while an owl sits close by her side and gives the motif extra life and story.

It is precisely the interplay between the figurine's details that makes this troll figurine so endearing. The blue and light clothing creates a fine contrast to the warm brownish owl and the distinctive red mushroom. The owl adds an atmosphere of forest, adventure and Nordic nature to the figurine, which suits the Troll family beautifully. The motif has both humor and personality, and it is easy to understand why the series has held a special place among collectors of Royal Copenhagen figurines.

The figurine is designed by Sven Vestergaard and belongs to the popular Troll family series. Here you encounter the soft, narrative design that makes the figurines come alive from every angle. Underglaze emphasizes the clear colors and the fine transitions in the decoration, while at the same time giving the porcelain figurine the classic expression that many associate with Royal Copenhagen.

This porcelain figurine fits beautifully in a collection with other troll figurines, but it also works on its own in a bookcase, display cabinet or on a shelf, where it can add warmth and character to the home. For those who are fond of older design with soul, figurines like this are also a wonderful way to carry beautiful craftsmanship forward and let it gain new life in a contemporary interior. It is ideal as a gift for a collector or for anyone who loves owls, adventure figurines and Danish porcelain with personality.
