Royal Copenhagen Clara & Peter decorating the Christmas tree figurine no. 150

Clara & Peter decorating the Christmas tree is a Royal Copenhagen figurine that captures one of Christmas's most recognizable moments: the children around the tree, just before the star is placed on top. The motif exudes Christmas coziness and family tradition, and the figurine tells its story with warmth, movement, and many small details that make it lively to look at from several angles.

On the figurine, Clara stands on a small stool and reaches a golden star up toward the top of the green Christmas tree, while Peter sits beside it with a woven basket filled with decorations. The tree is decorated with small golden baubles, and the colors in green, white, pink, blue, and gold give the figurine a classic and atmospheric Christmas expression. It is exactly the kind of porcelain figurine that one gladly brings out year after year when the home is to be decorated for December.

This Christmas figurine is designed by Sven Westergaard for Royal Copenhagen and made in porcelain with underglaze, which emphasizes the fine craftsmanship and the well-known quality from the Danish porcelain house. Figurine no. 150 has both collector's value and decorative value, and it fits beautifully among other Christmas figurines, gnomes, and classic Christmas decorations. It can stand alone on a shelf, in a display cabinet collection, or as part of a larger Christmas arrangement on a table, chest of drawers, or windowsill.

Older porcelain figurines like this have a special charm because they bring history and personality into the decor. Choosing a figurine with history is also a way to appreciate good craftsmanship and give a durable quality product new life. For collectors of Royal Copenhagen figurines and for everyone who loves nostalgic Christmas decorations in porcelain, Clara & Peter by the Christmas tree is a motif that continues to create joy.
