Royal Copenhagen White Clown figurine no. 291 Toys

White Clown from Royal Copenhagen is a porcelain figurine with a quiet, poetic expression and a charming connection to classic toys. The figurine depicts a seated clown with black hair, round pink cheeks, a blue collar, and small golden stars on the costume. The simple colors and the calm posture give the figurine a fine balance between the playful and the decorative, so it works both as a collector's figurine and as a small design object with personality.

This Royal Copenhagen figurine was created by Sven Vestergaard and belongs to the Toys series. Here, the inspiration is drawn from the world of toys, and that is precisely what gives the figurine a nostalgic atmosphere that many collectors and design enthusiasts appreciate. White Clown has an expression that makes it suitable both on its own and together with other figurines from the same series, if one wishes to expand or complete a collection.

The porcelain figurine is executed in underglaze, and the hand-painted character helps bring the motif to life. The soft white costume, the blue details, and the golden stars create a fine interplay on the surface, while the face with the pronounced eyes and the small mouth gives the figurine presence. It is precisely the type of porcelain figurine that adds a discreet story to the home and fits beautifully on a shelf, in a display cabinet, or as part of a personal collection of Danish design and figurines from Royal Copenhagen.

For collectors of the Toys series, White Clown figurine no. 291 is an obvious choice, but it can also easily stand on its own as a decorative clown figurine in porcelain. It is a good choice for those seeking a Royal Copenhagen figurine with both collector's value, toy inspiration, and a motif that stands out with its calm and slightly dreamy expression.
