Bing & Grøndahl lion cub creeping figurine 2529 21 cm

Bing & Grøndahl lion cub figurine no. 2529 is a porcelain figurine with a lively and springy expression. The creeping lion cub is modeled completely low against the surface, with an outstretched body, raised tail and head forward, as if it is in the middle of a concentrated hunting moment. The motif makes the figurine both lifelike and decorative, and it is an obvious fit for collectors of Bing & Grøndahl animal figurines as well as for you who are fond of classic Danish porcelain with character.

The colors appear in warm brownish shades with light areas around the snout and underside, and the glaze gives the figurine a calm, glossy play that highlights the body's muscles and the low, gliding movement. The elongated shape makes it suitable on a shelf, in a display cabinet or as part of an arrangement with other animal figurines in porcelain. It is also a fine choice as a gift for a collector or for a home where decorative art and figurines with animals add personality. Underglaze is mentioned in the existing product information, and model number 2529 clearly links the figurine to Bing & Grøndahl's classic animal assortment.

Older porcelain figurines like this have a special presence because they are created with an eye for both craftsmanship and storytelling. A figurine like this lion cub brings nature, movement and history into the décor and is at the same time a sustainable choice for you who would like to give beautiful design new life. It works well on its own, but can also be combined with other Bing & Grøndahl figurines of wild animals if you want a cohesive and personal porcelain collection.
