Aluminia Christmas plate 1913 large - angel motif in faience

This large Aluminia Christmas plate from 1913 has an unusually strong and solemn expression. In the middle of the motif is an angel with raised wings beneath a golden star, modeled in relief against a deep, dark blue ground.
