Royal Copenhagen Clara and Peter in Sleigh figurine no. 766

Clara and Peter in Sleigh is a charming Christmas figurine from Royal Copenhagen that captures the feeling of winter, anticipation, and classic Christmas coziness. The two children sit close together in a green sleigh with red runners, wrapped under a white blanket, while small gifts and a little lantern in front help tell a warm and enchanting Christmas story in miniature format.

The figurine has a lively and recognizable expression with fine color details in blue, pink, green, red, and white. Clara and Peter turn toward each other, which gives the motif presence and movement. They are wrapped up in winter clothes and sit ready for a sleigh ride through the Christmas landscape, and it is precisely this narrative atmosphere that makes the figurine ideal as Christmas decoration, collector's figurine, or as part of a larger display with other Christmas figurines.

This porcelain figurine is designed by Sven Vestergaard and executed in underglaze, which emphasizes the connection to Royal Copenhagen's tradition-rich craftsmanship. The combination of the figurative motif and the classic porcelain execution makes the model interesting both for collectors of Royal Copenhagen figurines and for those who appreciate Christmas decorations with history, personality, and Danish design tradition.

Clara and Peter in Sleigh fits beautifully on a shelf, in a display cabinet, or as part of the year's Christmas decorations. It also works well together with other Christmas figurines, elves, and winter motifs, where it adds narrative and color to the scene. As a gift idea, it is ideal for collectors of porcelain figurines or for someone who appreciates traditional Christmas decorations from Royal Copenhagen.
