Bing & Grøndahl Borzoi dog figurine no. 2115 standing

Standing Borzoi dog figurine no. 2115 from Bing & Grøndahl is a porcelain figurine with a calm, upright and very characterful expression. The motif depicts the elegant sighthound with its long legs, narrow head and soft, flowing lines, which make the breed so easily recognizable. The figurine has a natural posture, where the dog's slender body and attentive gaze give it a lively presence in the room.

It is precisely this balance between naturalism and clean-lined form that makes Bing & Grøndahl's dog figurines sought after among collectors of Danish porcelain. The underglaze decoration supports the figurine's calm surface and highlights the model's fine details in a subdued and harmonious way. As a dog figurine, porcelain figurine and collector's figurine, it is an obvious choice for you who are fond of classic Danish design with animals as the motif.

A Borzoi figurine like this works beautifully both alone and together with other animal figurines in porcelain. It is ideal in a bookcase, on a desk or in a display cabinet, where it can add a touch of history, personality and timeless craftsmanship to the home. Older porcelain figurines like this have a special charm because they are created to last and can still bring joy in a modern home. That also makes it an ideal gift idea for collectors, dog lovers or anyone with a fondness for Bing & Grøndahl.
