Bing & Grøndahl rabbit figurine 2423 standing brown rabbit

Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2423 is a porcelain figurine with a standing brown rabbit, executed in a calm and lifelike design language that fits beautifully into both classic and modern interiors. The figurine has a fine upright expression with long ears, a gathered forepart and an erect posture, which gives it character and life on the shelf, in the display cabinet or among other animal figurines.

The glossy underglaze highlights the soft transitions in the brown painting, while the lighter chest, the light paws and the small white tail create contrast and emphasize the figurine's details. It is precisely this combination of simplicity, warm shades and securely modeled animal form that makes older Bing & Grøndahl figurines attractive to both collectors and those who want personal decorative art with history. The technique is underglaze, which also appears in the existing product text.

A porcelain figurine like this adds a calm, Nordic expression to the home and is ideal as a small gift for someone who loves animals, Danish porcelain or vintage design. It stands beautifully on its own, but can also be combined with other rabbit and hare figurines or with classic porcelain, where it brings a more lively and natural atmosphere into the display. When you choose older porcelain with quality and soul, you also get the pleasure of giving a beautiful piece of craftsmanship new life in a modern home.
