Kosta Boda 1972 Twins glass figurine - Kosta Sweden Family

A charming set of glass figurines from 1972, where the motif depicts twins in the simple and easily recognizable style from Kosta Sweden Family. The two small human figures are made in clear glass with a white facial area and hand-drawn details in gold, which give them a warm and personal expression. At the bottom of the figures, the year "1972" can be seen, which makes them particularly interesting for collectors of annual figurines and older Swedish glass design.

Kosta Boda is known for glass with character, and it is precisely here that the pure material meets a fine, narrative motif. The twins stand side by side like a small family portrait in glass, and the figures have a calm, almost iconic form that makes them decorative both alone and together with other figures from the same series. It is a type of vintage glass figurine that fits beautifully on a windowsill, on a shelf, or in a collection of Nordic design and decorative arts.

As older glass figurines, they also have a special appeal for those who are fond of design with history. Choosing vintage glass is at the same time a way to preserve fine craftsmanship and give classic quality objects new life in a modern home. The figures' twin motif makes them an obvious gift idea for parents of twins, for a collector of Kosta Boda, or for someone who appreciates Swedish glass with a personal and nostalgic expression.

The soft shapes, the clear glass, and the golden details make this set more than just decoration. They are small glass figurines with soul, which bring both history, humor, and Scandinavian design tradition into the interior.
