About the product

1974 Bing & Grondahl Mother's Day plate with the title Polar Bear with Cubs was designed by Henry Thelander. The motif of the 1974 Bing & Grondahl Mothers Day plate shows a polar bear with cubs. The polar bear gets as usual two cubs. The cubs get milk from the mother for one to two years and they are able to live by themselves when they are two to three years old. The Bing & Grondahl Mothers Day plates were started in 1969 and are still being continued with a new Mother's Day plate every year.
