Royal Copenhagen Susanne figurine no. 2433 or 133

Susanne from Royal Copenhagen is a porcelain figurine with a calm, thoughtful expression and a classic design that makes it easy to notice in the interior. The figurine depicts a girl in a kneeling, slightly forward-bent posture, where the body rests naturally around a round shape beside her. This gives the figurine a quiet movement and an almost sculptural balance, which suits both a display cabinet, bookshelf, and collection of older porcelain figurines.

The motif has the human closeness and fine observation that many collectors associate with Gerhard Henning's figurine universe. Here the lines are soft, and the composition seems simple at first glance, but at the same time contains many small details in posture and body language. The overglaze decoration emphasizes the figurine's warm expression and gives life to the surface, which makes the model interesting both for collectors of Royal Copenhagen figurines and for those seeking a classic porcelain girl figurine.

This Royal Copenhagen figurine fits beautifully into a home where there is room for craftsmanship with history and personality. Older porcelain figurines like this one bring a special soul with them and are at the same time a sustainable choice, because quality workmanship is allowed to live on and create joy in new surroundings. Susanne can stand alone as a poetic eye-catcher or be combined with other human figures, porcelain figurines, or classic collectibles in the same style.

For collectors, the figurine number is an important part of the identification, and therefore it is worth noting that the model is known as Royal Copenhagen no. 2433 or 133. This makes the figurine easier to find again for someone seeking precisely this model for an existing collection or looking for a specific Gerhard Henning figurine.
