Royal Copenhagen girl with cats figurine no. 364 in porcelain

Royal Copenhagen figurine no. 364 depicts a girl lying relaxed on her side surrounded by cats. The motif exudes calm, closeness and everyday happiness, and the figurine captures a moment many cat lovers will be able to recognize: the quiet contact between child and pet, where time almost stands still. The blue dress and the soft, natural shapes give the figurine a warm and lively expression that makes it easy to love at first sight.

This porcelain figurine belongs to the motif world of children with pets and combines childlike security with the special charm that animal figurines have in interior decor. The cats lie close around the girl, and the composition creates a fine balance between movement and rest. This makes the figurine decorative from several angles and suitable both as a collector's figurine and personal decoration in the home.

Royal Copenhagen is known for porcelain with a great sense of form and storytelling, and that is felt here as well. The figurine fits beautifully into a collection of child figurines, animal figurines or classic Danish porcelain, but it can also stand alone on a shelf, in a display cabinet or on a side table, where it adds a gentle and homely atmosphere to the home. For cat lovers, it is also an obvious gift idea, because the motif feels both recognizable and personal.

Older porcelain figurines like this one have a special value because they carry history, craftsmanship and character on to new homes. Choosing a figurine with soul and lasting quality is also a beautiful way to think more sustainably. Here you get a piece of porcelain that can still create joy, awaken memories and become part of the decor for many years to come.
