Royal Copenhagen two playing lambs figurine no. 759 porcelain 6,5 cm

Royal Copenhagen figurine no. 759 depicts two playing lambs gathered in a small, lively composition that exudes calm, closeness and a spring atmosphere. The figurine has a natural and finely modelled expression, where the two lambs lie close together and turn their heads slightly to each side. This gives the porcelain figurine both movement and charm and makes it a decorative feature for collectors of Royal Copenhagen animal figurines.

The white porcelain is made with underglaze and has the soft, subdued shades that suit the motif so well. On the figurine, grey details can be seen on the ears, muzzle and legs, which highlight the small shapes and give the playing lambs character. The expression is classic and harmonious, and precisely for that reason the figurine fits beautifully both in a collection with other porcelain figurines and as a standalone piece on a shelf, in a bookcase or in a display cabinet.

A Royal Copenhagen figurine with lambs is an obvious choice for you who are fond of Danish porcelain, animal figurines and the smaller art objects that add personality to the home. The motif also makes the figurine suitable as a gift for a collector or for someone who appreciates timeless design and fine details in porcelain. Figurine no. 759 is easy to recognise by the motif of the two lambs lying close together in a playful and peaceful pose.
