Royal Copenhagen snowman mother with cat winter figurine no. 018

Royal Copenhagen snowman mother with cat winter figurine no. 018 is a charming winter figurine in porcelain that combines winter atmosphere with a warm, homely motif. The figurine depicts a female snowman with light hair, a small orange nose and a gray cat resting safely in her arms. This gives the figurine a calm and loving expression, making it ideal as winter decoration and as a collector's figurine for those who appreciate Royal Copenhagen figurines with personality.

The motif is simple, but told with many fine details. The white, soft snowman figure stands beautifully together with the discreet color nuances in the hair, the small pearl-like neck decoration and the cat, which is modeled in gray tones. It is precisely the interplay between winter motif and pet that makes this porcelain figurine particularly cozy and decorative, both alone and together with other snowman figurines or winter figurines.

The figurine is designed by Allan Therkelsen and made in porcelain with underglaze, which emphasizes the classic Royal Copenhagen tradition for good craftsmanship and durable design. The rounded shape and the hand-painted details give a soft and lively expression that fits well into both the traditional Christmas arrangement and a simpler winter interior. For collectors of Royal Copenhagen winter figurines, no. 018 is a fine addition, and for cat lovers the motif is especially appealing.

Older porcelain figurines like this have a special ability to create a sense of presence in the home. They are made to be stored, brought out again and bring joy for many years, and that is precisely why they are also a sustainable choice. A figurine with history and soul adds personality to the décor and is at the same time a gift idea with lasting value for the one who collects porcelain, snowmen or Royal Copenhagen.
