Royal Copenhagen Snowman with shovel no. 769 winter figurine

Royal Copenhagen snowman with shovel no. 769 is a charming winter figurine that captures the quiet joy of the cold season. The figurine is designed as a classic snowman with a round, soft shape, orange-red hat with white trim, blue scarf and a turquoise shovel at the side. This gives the figurine a lively and recognizable winter expression that fits beautifully into both Christmas decorations, winter décor and collections of porcelain figurines.

Sven Vestergaard has given the figurine a simple and friendly design language, where the small details create personality. The dark buttons, the small carrot nose and the curved scarf add movement and warmth to the motif. It is a figurine that exudes Nordic winter atmosphere and works well both alone and together with other snowman figurines, Christmas figurines or winter motifs from Royal Copenhagen.

The porcelain figurine is made in underglaze, which supports the classic expression and the durable finish that many collectors and design enthusiasts associate with Royal Copenhagen. Precisely the combination of familiar Danish design, decorative winter motif and a documented figurine number makes this winter figurine interesting for both collectors and those who want a small porcelain figurine with a seasonal touch for the home.

As an older design figurine, it also has a special appeal for those who appreciate using things with history and preserving fine craftsmanship through generations. A vintage porcelain figurine like this adds personality to the home and is a beautiful alternative to mass-produced decoration. It can be placed on the windowsill, on a shelf, in a Christmas arrangement or as part of a larger collection of Royal Copenhagen figurines.
