Reclining rabbit brown Bing & Grøndahl stoneware figurine no. 7007 Karl Otto

This reclining rabbit from Bing & Grøndahl is a charming stoneware figurine with a calm and natural expression. The figurine is made in brown stoneware and depicts a resting rabbit or hare, where the body's low, rounded form gives the motif a fine sense of calm and presence. It is precisely the simple and down-to-earth appearance that makes this type of animal figurine so decorative in the home.

The stoneware figurine is model no. 7007 and is associated with Karl Otto, who is known for his animal motifs with lively character and a good understanding of form. Here the expression is subdued and harmonious, which makes the figurine ideal both for collectors of Bing & Grøndahl and for those who appreciate Danish ceramics and classic animal figurines with personality. The brown glaze supports the natural motif and fits beautifully into both classic, Nordic and more rustic interiors.

A figurine like this works beautifully on a shelf, in a windowsill, on a desk or as part of a small arrangement with other animals, ceramic figurines or nature-inspired decorative art. At the same time, older design objects like this are a good choice for those who appreciate things with history and wish to decorate with quality that can find new life in a modern home. It gives the home warmth, soul and a more personal touch than mass-produced decoration.

For collectors, the model number is an important detail, and for gift purchases this is a figurine that appeals broadly to both animal lovers and those who appreciate Danish design and ceramics with character.
