Johgus Bornholm elephant figurine in ceramics no. 3

This elephant figurine from Johgus Bornholm has a calm and present expression, which makes it a decorative small ceramic sculpture with lots of personality. The figurine is shaped in a natural, slightly forward-bent posture with the trunk drawn in under the head, large pronounced ears and a round, soft body shape, which gives it a warm and handmade feel. The brownish shades and the light, lively play in the glaze emphasize the character of the figurine and give the surface depth.

As an elephant figurine in ceramics, it fits beautifully into an interior where one wants small craft details with history and soul. It works well alone on a shelf, in a bookcase or on a small table, but can also be combined with other animal figurines, stoneware or ceramics in natural tones. The motif makes it ideal for those who are fond of elephants, or as a gift idea for a collector of ceramics, animal figurines or Bornholm craft.

Johgus Bornholm is associated with ceramics that have an earthy and characterful presence, and this figurine is a good example of exactly that. Here you get a decorative figurine that contains both artisanal charm and a timeless expression. Older ceramics like this are at the same time a fine choice for those who appreciate decorating with things that have already had a life, and which can still create joy for many years to come.

The ceramic elephant is an obvious choice if you are looking for an elephant figurine from Johgus Bornholm with a classic design language and a glaze that gives each figurine its own expression. It fits both in the modern home and in a more personal, composed interior, where materials and shapes are welcome to tell a little more.
