Royal Copenhagen fawn figurine no. 20183 by Knud Kyhn

Royal Copenhagen fawn figurine no. 20183 is a calm and atmospheric animal figurine with the characteristic, simple design language that makes Knud Kyhn's animal motifs so sought after. The figurine depicts a reclining fawn with raised head, large ears and an alert, gentle expression. The white glaze emphasizes the soft lines and gives the figurine a clean and calm expression that fits beautifully into both classic and modern interiors.

Knud Kyhn is known for his lifelike and vivid animal figurines, and here it is especially the relaxed posture and the fine balance between simplicity and presence that make an impression. The fawn seems both peaceful and attentive, as if it has just lifted its gaze. This makes the figurine decorative from several angles and gives it a special place on a shelf, bookcase, display cabinet or desk.

This Royal Copenhagen figurine appeals both to collectors of Danish design and to those of you seeking an animal figurine with a calm, Nordic expression. A figurine like this adds personality and warmth to the home and is at the same time a fine choice as a gift for someone who is fond of porcelain figurines, Scandinavian design or nature motifs. Older figurines with a history also have a special charm, because they carry classic craftsmanship forward into today's homes.

The simple white expression also makes the figurine easy to combine with other porcelain figurines, ceramics or nature-inspired home interior. It works well alone as a small eye-catcher, but also together with other animal figurines, where it can help create a personal and harmonious collection.
