Royal Copenhagen Helena nude girl with mirror figure no. 4639

Helena is a classic Royal Copenhagen figure with a calm and thoughtful expression. The young female figure stands nude with a hand mirror in her hand, while a blue cloth falls softly down along the side. The motif combines grace, calm and discreet intimacy, and the figure has a balanced posture that makes it beautiful to look at from several angles.

Hans H. Hansen has created a porcelain figure in which the body's lines, the relaxed stance and the fine color contrasts between the light glaze and the blue cloth give the figure life. The hair is gathered at the nape of the neck, and the mirror adds a quiet narrative of immersion and self-contemplation to the motif. It is precisely the type of figure that many search for under terms such as Royal Copenhagen figure, porcelain female figure, nude girl with mirror and figure no. 4639.

The underglaze decoration has the soft, harmonious character that makes the figure easy to place in the interior. It works beautifully on a shelf, in a display cabinet or as part of a collection with other Danish porcelain figures. At the same time, it has a classic expression that fits well into both traditional and more simple, modern homes.

Older porcelain figures like this contain a special charm because they are created to last and to be appreciated for many years. Choosing a figure with history is also a beautiful way to bring genuine craftsmanship and lasting quality into the home. Helena is therefore an obvious choice for collectors of Royal Copenhagen, but also for you who want a figure with personality, cultural history and timeless design language.
