2002 Bing & Grondahl Mother's Day plate with the title Kangaroo with Young was designed by Finn Clausen. The motif of the 2002 Bing & Grondahl mothers day plate shows a little joey, looking out of the pouch on his mother's stomach. It is safe and warm and if danger should appear the kangaroo mother simply puts her best foot forward. The Bing & Grondahl Mothers Day plates were started in 1969 and are still being continued with a new Mother's Day plate every year.
