The title of the 1977 Desirée Mothers Day plate is Little friends. The Mother's Day Plate was manufactured by The Porcelain Factory Désirée Denmark, also known as Désirée Denmark or Svend Jensen of Denmark, Old Copenhagen Blue. Of the 1977 Sven Jensen Mother's Day plate are two little children feeding two small kittens. The children have warmed a pot of milk to their dear friends and the kittins are curiously coming closer to tast it. The designer Mads Stage has illustrateted this special moment of the 1977 Desiree Mothers Day plate. The plate was manufactured in the blue underglaze. Désirée Denmark started the series of Mothers Day plates in 1970 and ended it in 1994. The motifs of all the Sven Jensen Mother's Day plates were inspired by events from the wonderful world of children.
