The 2025 Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plate is titled Queen Juliane Marie and is designed by Allan Therkelsen.
The motif on the Christmas plate is a tribute to Queen Juliane Marie, one of the founders of the factory back in 1775. Thus, the design also elegantly references the factory's 250th anniversary, which is celebrated in 2025. The motif on the 2025 Christmas plate depicts a bust of Queen Juliane Marie in a window. Beside the bust on the windowsill, naturally stands the very first Christmas plate, released by Royal Copenhagen in 1908. The window is slightly ajar, and a curious crow peeks through the opening. In the background, Frederiksborg Castle is visible.
